How it started
Hi I’m Daniela.
I have a master degree in Psychology, I’m a certified counselor and coach and this is how I started…
I practice meditation, tai chi and qi gong regularly and I try to take care of myself as much as I can. Yet there has always been a kind of uneasiness inside me. I have always fought to hide some parts of myself, considering them wrong and inappropriate. I’ve always thought I’m too shy, not smart enough, not strong enough.
The truth is, we easily say that we are lucky for who we have around or for what we have, but how often do we say that we are lucky for who we are? Well, not enough.
I chose to be a counselor because I want to help. Yes, I’m shy and no, I’m not perfect. But I’m also sensitive, passionate and altruistic and I’ve always been this way. I’m proud of who I am and I know that I can add value to other poeple’s life. I am Daniela.
