Counselling Sessions Procedures and Fees
The counselling sessions can occur by phone or through video conference, depending on the situation and what agreed with the Client.
The first 20 minutes discovery call is free of charge. The following sessions will last 50 minutes. The fee is EUR 50,00 / GBP 43,00 / USD 54,00 per session.
- All fees must be paid online before the session. If a payment hasn’t been received at least 24 hours before the session, the session will be considered canceled.
- If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Counselor will assume that the appointment is canceled and the Client will be responsible for the full session fee. When the Counselor is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Client may assume that the session is canceled and the Client will receive a full refund.
- A full refund is granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full session fee.
Meditation Sessions Procedures and Fees
The Meditation sessions will last 25 minutes. The fee is EUR 25,00 / GBP 22,00 / USD 27,00 per session.
- All fees must be paid online before the session. If a payment hasn’t been received at least 24 hours before the session, the session will be considered canceled.
- If the Client is more than 5 minutes late to an appointment, the Counselor will assume that the appointment is canceled and the Client will be responsible for the full session fee. When the Counselor is more than 5 minutes late to an appointment, the Client may assume that the session is canceled and the Client will receive a full refund.
- A full refund is granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full session fee
